Bank is missing; some cell boards blink, some don't
If some cell boards blink, some don't, with no apparent pattern, the problem is that those boards can't run of are bad:
- The voltage of their cells is below 2 V, so the boards do not have enough voltage to operate
- Those boards are bad
- The boards were damaged during installation
- Probably installed backwards, and then correctly, but by then they were damaged
- Their cells were overcharged, damaging not only the cell boards but also the cells themselves
- Replace the boards
- Check why the charger did not turn off when the BMS told it to
- Check why the BMS would have not told the charger to stop charging
- The boards were damaged after they were tested at the factory
